Petoriva offers smart pet-care device assistance, including setup support, troubleshooting, and ongoing remote consultation. All services are provided subject to availability and technical requirements. Users must provide accurate information during registration.

2. Information Products

Our information products include digital guides, tutorials, and software updates designed to enhance your pet-care experience. Access is granted upon receipt of full payment and may be downloaded or accessed online.

3. Physical Goods

We deliver pet-care devices and accessories to your specified address. Delivery times may vary based on location. Petoriva is not responsible for delays beyond our control.

4. Refund and Returns Policy

4.1 Services

Cancellations for scheduled services must be made at least 48 hours before the session to qualify for a full refund. If you cancel within 48 hours, a 50% charge will apply. No refunds are provided after service completion. You may reschedule a service once within the original service period at no extra charge.

4.2 Information Products

Refund requests for digital products must be submitted within 7 days of purchase. If access has not been fully utilized, we will issue a full refund. Partially used products are not eligible for a refund.

4.3 Physical Goods

You may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect. Refunds are issued once the item is received and inspected.

4.4 Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be returned via your original payment method within 10 business days. You will receive confirmation via email once the refund is processed.

5. Limitation of Liability

Petoriva shall not be liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of our services, products, or devices. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service or product giving rise to the claim.
